How can i prepare for my first chiropractic appointment?
To make the most of your initial visit, it’s helpful to wear comfortable clothing and arrive a few minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork. If you have additional imaging or reports it is a good idea to bring them with you also.
Do you offer emergency or same-day appointments for acute issues?
In some cases, we can accommodate emergency or same-day appointments for acute conditions. If you require urgent care, please call us, and we’ll do our best to schedule you promptly.
Are there any specific Post-adjustment instructions I should follow?
Usually straight after your adjustment it is best to go for a walk, drink plenty of water and take it easy to allow your body adapt to any adjustments have made. Our chiropractor may also provide you with specific recommendations for at-home care, including exercises or lifestyle adjustments. Following these instructions can contribute to your recovery.
